Customer Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve it for you.

If you've made a purchase and you'd like to return it for a refund please read our Return Policy below.

Do not return items to our warehouse address - returns and refunds are processed at a different address, see below.

Returned items must:

  • Be in 100% As New, resalable condition
  • Include all original packaging (undamaged)
  • Be returned within 14 days of purchase (21 days for orders delivered outside UK)
  • Sent to the correct Returns Address

Buyer pays return postage costs.

Our shipping costs (IE the money we spent posting the item/s to you) and a 15% handling fee (subject to a minimum fee of £2) will be deducted from refunds.

Refunds will be returned to your card provider within two working days of us receiving your item. Your card provider will typically take 5-10 days to apply the refund to your account (we have no control over any delay caused by your card provider).
